  • 9 oz.BELVITA Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits, crushed
  • 3¾ lb.vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2½ oz.honey
  • 1 oz.lemon zest
  • 2½ oz.choppedpecans
  • 10 oz.honeydew melon, small dice

DIRECTIONS

Combine yogurt, honey and lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Layer half each of the biscuit crumbs, nuts and melon in 10 (8-oz.) glasses; top with scoops of half the yogurt mixture. Repeat layers.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips

Substitution

Use cantaloupe in place of the honeydew melon.

Variation

Toast pecans, if desired.
