Yogurt & Melon Parfait with BELVITA Breakfast Biscuits
- 9 oz.BELVITA Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits, crushed
- 3¾ lb.vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt
- 2½ oz.honey
- 1 oz.lemon zest
- 2½ oz.choppedpecans
- 10 oz.honeydew melon, small dice
Nutrition per serving
Combine yogurt, honey and lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Layer half each of the biscuit crumbs, nuts and melon in 10 (8-oz.) glasses; top with scoops of half the yogurt mixture. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
