Thanksgiving Shepherd's Pie made with RITZ Crushed Crackers

Ingredients

12 servings, 15.5 oz. each

  • Shepard's Pie

  • 3 lb. cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. prepared turkey gravy
  • 2 lb. prepared bread stuffing
  • 3 lb. prepared mashed potatoes
  • 10 oz. coarsely crushed RITZ Crackers
  • 1½ oz. salted butter, melted

  • Cranberry Orange Sauce

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 3½ oz. granulated sugar
  • 3½ oz. orange juice
  • orange zest from 2 oranges
  • ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS
For Shepherd's Pie:  

Combine turkey and gravy. Spoon evenly into half hotel pan. Top with layers of stuffing and potatoes, spreading evenly. Cover with foil.

Bake in 350°F standard oven 35 to 45 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F.

Meanwhile, toss cracker crumbs with butter. Remove foil from pan. Top with cracker mixture. Return to oven. Bake 5 min.

For Cranberry Orange Sauce:  

Combine ingredients in medium saucepot. Cook on medium heat about 5 min. or until cranberries begin to pop, or until desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve hot Shepherd's Pie with Cranberry Orange Sauce.
