Raspberry Daiquiri made with SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz

SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz add a surprising hit of sour then sweet flavor to a deliciously tart raspberry daiquiri and provide flavorful depth that balances the notes of light rum and lime. A sour-sugar rimmed glass adds an extra tart oomph to every sip.

Ingredients

1 serving, 14.5 oz.

  • Sour Sugar

  • 4 oz. granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp. citric acid

  • Daiquiri

  • 1½ oz. simple syrup, plus additional for glass
  • 7 oz. crushed ice
  • 2 oz. raspberry puree
  • 1½ oz. light rum
  • 1½ oz. lime juice
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • ½ lime slice
  • 1 tsp. SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz

DIRECTIONS
For Sour Sugar:  

Combine ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.

For Daiquiri:  

Lightly coat rim of serving glass with 1/4 tsp. simple syrup then roll in Sour Sugar.

Combine 1.5 oz. simple syrup, ice, raspberry puree, rum and lime juice in blender container. Blend on high 5 seconds until smooth. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with 3 berries and half of a lime slice. Sprinkle with SOUR PATCH.
