This smoothie is enhanced with protein, and blends great textures and flavors from coconut milk, manuka honey, chia seeds, banana and NUTTER BUTTER Cookie Pieces - all to fuel menus with a refreshing balance of wholesome ingredients and branded cookie power.
Ingredients
1 serving, 16 oz.
- 6 oz.crushed ice
- 4 oz.frozenbananas
- 2 oz.full-fatcoconut milk
- 1 oz.manukahoney
- 1 oz.whey powder
- ½ oz.peanut butter
- 1 tsp.chia seeds
- 1 oz.NUTTER BUTTER Medium Cookie Pieces
- ½ oz.banana (1/4-inch cubes)
- ½ oz.NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie, finely chopped
- ½ tsp.chia seeds

Blend first 7 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add 1 oz. cookie pieces; pulse 5 seconds or until cookies are small enough to pass through a straw. Pour into tall serving glass.
Top with bananas, 1/2 oz. chopped cookie pieces and 1/2 tsp. chia seed.
Substitute vegan protein or other protein powder for the whey.
