Pecan Pie made with OREO Cookie Pieces

  • 3largeeggs, beaten
  • 2¾ oz.butter, melted
  • 9¾ oz.light corn syrup
  • 2¾ oz.light brown sugar
  • 2¼ oz.granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp.vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp.salt
  • 3½ oz.wholepecans
  • 2 oz.OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
  • 1par-baked 9-inchpie crust

Whisk eggs and butter in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; whisk until combined.

Place nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.

Place pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
