Pecan Pie made with OREO Cookie Pieces
- 3largeeggs, beaten
- 2¾ oz.butter, melted
- 9¾ oz.light corn syrup
- 2¾ oz.light brown sugar
- 2¼ oz.granulated sugar
- 1 tsp.vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp.salt
- 3½ oz.wholepecans
- 2 oz.OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
- 1par-baked 9-inchpie crust

Whisk eggs and butter in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; whisk until combined.
Place nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.
Place pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
