Mustard-Baked Salmon made with RITZ Crackers
- 6 oz.mayonnaise
- 1½ oz.Dijon mustard
- 1 oz.lemon juice
- 6 oz.RITZ Crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp.choppedfresh dill
- 3salmon fillets, (6 oz. each)
- ½lemon, cut into 3 wedges
- 3fresh dill sprigs

Mix mayo, mustard and lemon juice until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine cracker crumbs, 1/2 oz. Dijon mixture and chopped dill in bowl.
Spread 1 tsp. Dijon mixture over top of 1 salmon steak. Sprinkle with 1 oz. cracker mixture.
Bake in 400°F standard oven 12 to 16 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork and topping is crisp. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of fresh dill.
