Elotes made with RITZ Crackers

Enjoy an easy way to bring bold Latin flavors to your menu with this classic grilled corn recipe enhanced with cotija cheese, Mexican crema, chili-lime seasoning, cilantro and the crunchy, buttery taste and texture of RITZ Crackers.



6 servings, 6.75 oz. each
  • 6 medium ears corn on the cob
  • 2 oz. mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. Mexican crema
  • 1½ oz. Cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1½ oz. crushed RITZ Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp. chili-lime seasoning
  • 2 limes, each cut into 6 wedges

Remove husks and silk from corn, leaving a thin layer of husk on each ear. Grill on medium-high heat, turning frequently until kernels are charred.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and crema in bowl. Combine cheese and cracker crumbs in separate bowl just before using.

Pull corn husks back. Brush each ear of corn with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro, cheese mixture and chili-lime seasoning. Serve each ear of corn with 2 lime wedges.



No grill? Roast in oven or over a grill pan.
