Donut Bites made with OREO Cookie Pieces and Base Cake

- 3¾ oz.OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
- 3 lb.prepared yeast donut dough
- 6 oz.granulated sugar
- 6 oz.OREO Base Cake
- 1 tsp.ground cinnamon
- 25 oz.caramel sauce
- 25 oz.chocolate sauce

DIRECTIONSTips
Stir OREO Pieces into dough. Allow to bulk ferment as directed on package.
Divide dough into 1-oz. pieces, rounding edges to form "bites". Proof until doubled in size.
Combine sugar, OREO Base Cake and cinnamon in large shallow pan.
Deep fry donut bites in 375°F oil 3 min.; drain well. Toss in sugar mixture while still warm. Serve 2 donut bites with 1 oz. each sauce for dipping.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve warm donuts in small bag filled with sugar mixture, so guests can add coating as desired.
