Crunchy Fritters made with OREO Cookie Pieces
Ingredients
17 servings, 3 pieces each
- 10½ oz. all-purpose flour
 - 8 oz. granulated sugar, divided
 - ½ oz. baking powder
 - ½ tsp. salt
 - 10 oz. whole milk
 - 2¾ oz. whole eggs
 - 2 oz. butter, melted
 - 3½ oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces

DIRECTIONS
Sift flour, 2 oz. sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Whisk milk and eggs in separate bowl until well blended; add to dry ingredients. Mix slightly. Add butter; mix until well combined. Gently fold in OREO Pieces. DO NOT OVER MIX.
For each serving:  
TipsUse #70 scoop to portion 3 scoops batter into 370°F deep fryer. Cook 2 min. or until golden brown. Drain. Roll fritters in 10g of the remaining sugar. Serve warm. (Repeat as needed for each 3-fritter serving.)
Note:
Frying time and temperature may need to be adjusted, depending on the deep fryer.
