Blue Cheese & Walnut Spread with RITZ Crackers
Ingredients
36 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each
- 2 lb.cream cheese, softened
- 1½ lb.sour cream
- 1 lb.blue cheese, crumbled
- 2¼ oz.cookedbacon
- 4 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz.walnuts, chopped
- 1¼ oz.freshchives, chopped
- 1¼ lb.RITZ Crackers

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, bacon and Worcestershire sauce in 6-qt. mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment on low speed 1 min. or until well blended. Stir in walnuts and chives.
For each serving: Portion one #16 scoop of the spread into individual souffle dish. Serve with 5 of the crackers.
