Ingredients

36 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each
  • 2 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ lb. sour cream
  • 1 lb. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2¼ oz. cooked bacon
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. walnuts, chopped
  • 1¼ oz. fresh chives, chopped
  • 1¼ lb. RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, bacon and Worcestershire sauce in 6-qt. mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment on low speed 1 min. or until well blended. Stir in walnuts and chives.

For each serving: Portion one #16 scoop of the spread into individual souffle dish. Serve with 5 of the crackers.

Prepared spread can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day before serving.
