BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese Bites made with RITZ Crackers

- 3¼ oz.prepared BBQ pulled pork, chilled
- 3¼ oz.prepared mac & cheese, chilled
- 3½ oz.coarsely crushedRITZ Crackers, divided
Nutrition per serving
Combine pulled pork, mac & cheese and 2-1/2 oz. cracker crumbs until well blended. Shape into 12 (3/4-oz.) balls. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs, making sure each is well coated.
Cook in 375°F deep fryer until golden brown and centers reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
