Banana Bread Split made with OREO Cookie Pieces
Ingredients
1 serving, 17 oz.
- ¾ oz.thinly slicedbanana bread, made in mini loaf pan
- 3 scoops(#16)vanilla ice cream (9 oz.)
- 1banana (3 oz.), horizontally sliced in half
- 2 oz.chocolate sauce
- 1½ oz.OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
- 1 oz.whipped cream

DIRECTIONSTips
Dry banana bread slices on baking sheet in 300°F standard oven 15 to 20 min. or until crisp. Cool; set aside.
When ready to serve, place ice cream scoops in banana split dish. Place 1 banana half on each side of ice cream. Top each scoop with chocolate sauce and OREO Cookie Pieces. Arrange bread slices on either end of dish; top with whipped cream.
TIP:
Substitute caramel or butterscotch sauce for the chocolate sauce.
