Avocado Hummus Spread with RITZ Crackers
Ingredients
1 gal. or 64 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each
- 2¾ lb. chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 4 lb. avocados, peeled, pitted
- 1½ lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. goat cheese
- 12 oz. yellow or white onions, chopped
- 8 oz. fresh lime juice
- 16 garliccloves, minced
- 1 oz. hot sauce
- 2½ Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2½ Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 oz. green onions, sliced
- 2¼ lb. RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONSTips
Process all ingredients except green onions in food processor until well blended. Stir in green onions.
Spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto RITZ crackers.
Garnish each with a tiny sprig of parsley.

Prepare using Neufchatel Cheese.
