Avocado Hummus Spread with RITZ Crackers

Ingredients

1 gal. or 64 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each
  • 2¾ lb. chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 4 lb. avocados, peeled, pitted
  • 1½ lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. goat cheese
  • 12 oz. yellow or white onions, chopped
  • 8 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 16 garliccloves, minced
  • 1 oz. hot sauce
  • 2½ Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2½ Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 oz. green onions, sliced
  • 2¼ lb. RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Process all ingredients except green onions in food processor until well blended. Stir in green onions.

Spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto RITZ crackers.

Garnish each with a tiny sprig of parsley.
