Avocado Hummus Spread with RITZ Crackers
Ingredients
1 gal. or 64 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each
- 2¾ lb.chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 4 lb.avocados, peeled, pitted
- 1½ lb.cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb.goat cheese
- 12 oz.yellow or whiteonions, chopped
- 8 oz.fresh lime juice
- 16garliccloves, minced
- 1 oz.hot sauce
- 2½ Tbsp.fresh parsley, chopped
- 2½ Tbsp.cilantro, chopped
- 4 tsp.ground cumin
- 4 oz.green onions, sliced
- 2¼ lb.RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONSTips
Process all ingredients except green onions in food processor until well blended. Stir in green onions.
Spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto RITZ crackers.
Garnish each with a tiny sprig of parsley.

Prepare using Neufchatel Cheese.
