Ingredients
32 servings, 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) and 5 Crackers each
- 1 lb.sour cream
- 12 oz.avocados, peeled, pitted
- 6 oz.cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz.mayonnaise
- 1 oz.lemon juice
- 1 oz.Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp.fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp.lemon zest
- ½ tsp.white pepper
- ¼ tsp.salt
- 1½ oz.green onions, finely chopped
- 1 oz.capers
- 160 eachNABISCO Entertainment Wheat Crackers

DIRECTIONSTips
Process all ingredients except onions, capers and crackers in food processor, using pulsing action, until well blended.
Transfer to bowl; stir in onions and capers. Refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Plate 2 Tbsp. dip with 5 crackers for each serving.
