Yields, 1 10x10 inch pan
In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth, light yellow and very fluffy.
Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside.
Briefly dip ladyfingers in brewed coffee. Line bottom of 10 x 10 pan with 12 ladyfingers.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Cover with crushed OREO Cookie Pieces. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone and crushed cookie pieces.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa and more OREO Cookie Pieces just before serving.
