Dry banana bread slices on baking sheet in 300°F standard oven 15 to 20 min. or until crisp. Cool; set aside.
When ready to serve, place ice cream scoops in banana split dish. Place 1 banana half on each side of ice cream. Top each scoop with chocolate sauce and OREO Cookie Pieces. Arrange bread slices on either end of dish; top with whipped cream.
