  • 1-1/2 tsp. tartaric acid

  • 1/4 tsp. simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared Sour Sugar

  • Margarita
  • 2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 7 oz. crushed ice
  • 1-1/2 oz. SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz
  • 1/2 oz. blue curacao

DIRECTIONS

For Sour Sugar: Blend ingredients in blender to a fine powder. Store in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.

For Garnish: Coat rim of glass with simple syrup then sprinkle with Sour Sugar. 

For Margarita: Blend simple syrup, lime juice, tequila and ice in blender until smooth. Add candy pieces and pulse to combine. Pour into prepared glass. Swirl in curacao.

Tips

  • Blend blue curacao into drink with candy pieces, instead of swirling it into finished beverage.
