For Sour Sugar: Combine ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
For Daiquiri: Lightly coat rim of serving glass with 1/4 tsp. simple syrup then roll in Sour Sugar.
Combine 1.5 oz. simple syrup, ice, raspberry puree, rum and lime juice in blender container. Blend on high 5 seconds until smooth. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with 3 berries and half of a lime slice. Sprinkle with SOUR PATCH.
