  • 1 oz. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. black cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. whipped cream
  • 1 banana slice
  • 1/4 oz. OREO Small Cookie Pieces

  • Daiquiri
  • 6 oz. crushed ice
  • 1-1/2 oz. fresh or frozen bananas
  • 1-1/2 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. whipped cream
  • 1/4 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces

DIRECTIONS

For Garnish: Combine sugar and cocoa powder in small bowl. Coat rim of serving glass with simple syrup, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. sugar mixture; set aside.

For Daiquiri: Combine all Daiquiri ingredients, except OREO Pieces, in blender container. Blend until smooth. Add OREO Pieces and pulse 5 seconds. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with 1/2 oz. whipped cream piped using pastry bag fitted with star tip, and 1 banana slice dusted with OREO Small Cookie Pieces.

Tips

  • Use any size OREO Pieces for this recipe.

  • Using frozen bananas will keep drink frozen longer.

  • Black cocoa powder makes the color of the drink more closely resemble an OREO cookie.
