Mustard-Baked Salmon made with RITZ Crackers

INGREDIENTS

3 servings, 7 oz. each

  • 6 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 oz. Dijon mustard
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 6 oz. RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 3 salmon fillets, (6 oz. each)
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into 3 wedges
  • 3 fresh dill sprigs

DIRECTIONS

Mix mayo, mustard and lemon juice until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine cracker crumbs, 1/2 oz. Dijon mixture and chopped dill in bowl.

For each serving: Spread 1 tsp. Dijon mixture over top of 1 salmon steak. Sprinkle with 1 oz. cracker mixture.

Bake in 400°F standard oven 12 to 16 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork and topping is crisp. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of fresh dill.

Tips

  • Refrigerate any remaining Dijon mixture for another use.
