Place nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.
Place pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
