Cut chicken into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Mix batter and water in large bowl. Place cracker crumbs in second bowl.
Coat chicken pieces with cracker crumbs. Dip into batter, shaking off excess, then dip into cracker crumbs again.
Fry in 350°F deep fryer 2 min. or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Drain well. Plate 5 chicken pieces and 1 oz. maple syrup per serving.
