Stir OREO Pieces into dough. Allow to bulk ferment as directed on package.
Divide dough into 1-oz. pieces, rounding edges to form "bites". Proof until doubled in size.
Combine sugar, OREO Base Cake and cinnamon in large shallow pan.
Deep fry donut bites in 375°F oil 3 min.; drain well. Toss in sugar mixture while still warm. Serve 2 donut bites with 1 oz. each sauce for dipping.
