Sift flour, 2 oz. sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Whisk milk and eggs in separate bowl until well blended; add to dry ingredients. Mix slightly. Add butter; mix until well combined. Gently fold in OREO Pieces. DO NOT OVER MIX.
For each serving: Use #70 scoop to portion 3 scoops batter into 370°F deep fryer. Cook 2 min. or until golden brown. Drain. Roll fritters in 10g of the remaining sugar. Serve warm. (Repeat as needed for each 3-fritter serving.)
