Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 10-inch circle. Place on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Spread hazelnut spread on dough to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle with OREO Pieces and chocolate chips.
Bake in 500°F standard oven 10 to 15 min. or until edge is golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with icing. Cut into 4 pieces.
