  • 8 oz. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 3-1/2 oz. granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 oz. egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces

Line half-sheet pan with parchment.

Combine coconut, sugar and salt in medium mixing bowl. Stir in combined egg whites and vanilla. Gently stir in OREO Pieces.

Use #40 scoop to portion coconut mixture into prepared pan.

Bake in 350°F standard oven 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before removing from pan.


Chocolate Macaroons with OREO

  • Prepare as directed, mixing 1/4 cup EACH natural cocoa powder and OREO Base Cake with coconut mixture before stirring in egg white mixture.

Baking Tip

  • When scooping macaroon batter into prepared pan, dip scoop in water between scoops to prevent batter from sticking to scoop.
