For each 2 oz. mini shake spoon 2 tsp. strawberry topping into each glass; freeze 10 min. or until sauce is firm.
For 9 glasses blend 1/2 cup milk, 2 Tbsp. of the remaining strawberry topping and 1-2/3 cups (12 oz.) ice cream in blender until smooth. Add 1/3 cup OREO Pieces; blend well.
Pour 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of the shake over strawberry topping in each glass. Place 1 OREO Cookie on dessert plate; top with shake-filled glass. Serve immediately.
