Heat butter, marshmallows and Variegate in double boiler on low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cereal; mix well.
Press evenly into 4 greased half-hotel pans. Cool completely.
Remove cereal mixture from pans. Cut each block into 12 squares, then cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles. Dip 1 end of each triangle in chocolate; place on wire racks. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
