  • 1-1/2 lb. sour cream
  • 1 lb. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2-1/4 oz. cooked bacon
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. walnuts, chopped
  • 1-1/4 oz. fresh chives, chopped
  • 1-1/4 lb. RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, bacon and Worcestershire sauce in 6-qt. mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment on low speed 1 min. or until well blended. Stir in walnuts and chives.

For each serving: Portion one #16 scoop of the spread into individual souffle dish. Serve with 5 of the crackers.
